Santa Clara was dialed in from long range on Monday, knocking down seven 3-point baskets in a 55-33 non-league victory over visiting Santa Barbara.
Bryce Kilmer led the Saints, who had a 31-16 lead at halftime, with 15 points and four 3-pointers made.
Daniel Marshall scored a team-high nine points for the Dons, who also got seven points each from Andrew Adams and Aldo Martinez.
Santa Barbara, which falls to 1-18, hosts Ventura on Wednesday in its Channel League home opener.
