Village Christian Academy came on strong in the fourth quarter on Thursday, not exactly good news for Laguna Blanca’s boys basketball team as it resulted in a 41-33 defeat.
The Owls, who had led throughout the game, were outscored 18-7 in the final quarter.
Luther Tarver-Burks recorded a team-high 22 points and eight rebounds. Brandon Bickett pulled down seven rebounds and matched three others with 2 points.
