Dos Pueblos’ wrestling squad picked up a 54-21 win over Santa Barbara’s up-and-coming program on Thursday. The Dons forfeited seven matches, but won five bouts on the night.
“It wasn’t a very good matchup for some of our younger guys in those matches. Coach (Jesse) Plowman is doing a nice job over there,” said DP coach Anthony Califano.
The Chargers host San Marcos in a key matchup on Tuesday.
