Chad Lampe and Shannon Dixon ruled the lower weight classes on Tuesday for the Dos Pueblos wrestling team, helping the Chargers mark down a 48-27 victory over visiting Santa Ynez.
Dixon, wrestling in the 112-pound class, recorded 15 unanswered points and defeated his opponent by technical fall 15-0. Lampe, at 103 pounds, won 18-3. Max Ross took only 49 seconds to pin his opponent in the 130s.
Raul Yescas won at the 215-pound level after an impressive start to the season at Saturday’s Downey Duals. Mario Elias and Chuey Lopez also followed up undefeated days in Downey with wins.
