Alex Hill accounted for half of Dos Pueblos’ scoring total in a 14-6 defeat of Coronado on Friday, making the Chargers 5-0 to start the season.
Hill tacked on two assists and four steals to her seven goals. Tiera Schroeder scored three times but was in a more giving mood with six assists. Kiley Neushul posted three goals, three assists and two steals.
Sami Hill recorded seven saves in goal with two steals and two assists, leading a defense that kept the Islanders scoreless in the first quarter. The Chargers built a 9-2 by halftime.
Dos Pueblos plays again on Saturday morning against Rosary.
