Local shot-putter Noah Bryant picked up a huge mark Saturday at the Jim Bush Invitational track meet at Mt. SAC. On his fifth throw, the 25-year-old Carpinteria High alum hit 20.55m (67’5″), which is his second best throw of all time behind his USC school record throw against UCLA in 2007, which was 20.56.
Bryant’s next big meet will be up in Eugene, OR, where he will be trying for his second World Team berth.
