The Carpinteria softball team evened its Frontier League record on Monday, starting off a busy week with a big 4-1 win over Nordhoff.
The Warriors are now 4-4 in league and 10-10 overall, with a rescheduled game against Bishop Diego slated for Wednesday, Malibu on Thursday and a possible tie break play-in game on Friday.
Nicole Pearce pitch a complete game 4-hitter for Carpinteria and Dani Mendoza crushed a two-run home run in the fifth inning. Carmen Campi and Roxanne Hugo each had a team-high two hits.
