Austin Reiter had 12 kills while Tyler Worley and Alex Biedul each added nine as the Santa Barbara boys volleyball team picked up a less-than-stellar 25-21, 26-28, 25-23, 25-12 win at Ventura Tuesday.
“In our second game we were a little sloppy. Most of our reserves haven’t had much experience together but they need to step it up to another level if they’re going to get on the court,” said coach Chad Arneson.
“Sometimes we tend to rely too much on Taylor (Fauntleroy and Chris (Pratt) and the other group needs to find a way to pick it up.”
The Dons (15-4, 5-0) play at Buena on Thursday.
