The Santa Barbara Cyclones, an AYSO Girls U12 All-Star team, won the Carpinteria Beach Cup last weekend, beating North Valley 4-0 in the finals. The Cyclones didn’t allow any goals during the tournament and put 14 goals into the net of their opponents.
This is the third weekend in a row of winning tournaments for the Cyclones. The previous weekend they got second place in the Thousand Oaks Pot ‘O’ Gold tournament, and the weekend before that they won the Santa Barbara Soccer Club’s Spring Cup.Team members are Natalie Klapp, Sofia Janotti, Paige Mathison, Weslea Greyson, Erin Graf, Stephanie Rodriguez, Brianna Doyle, Samantha Sander, Amanda Kennedy, KellyAnn Miles, Courtney Miller, and Madison Moriarty. The team is coached by Eric Graf and Bob Miller.
