Chargers dominated by Bulldogs

The Dos Pueblos baseball team failed to show up on Tuesday afternoon, suffering a 16-1 drubbing at Buena.

Steven Reveles led off the game with a single for the Chargers, but the offense dried up from there on out, not recording another base hit the rest of the game.

“It was like watching another team,” said head coach Nate Mendoza, whose Chargers are coming off a 4-1 week in which they played very well and finished third in the San Luis Obispo Tournament.

Drew Jacobs got the win for the Bulldogs while DP’s Bradley Tirador took the loss.

Dos Pueblos can shake the loss on Friday with a rematch against Buena in Goleta.
