Everyone got to play for the Dos Pueblos volleyball team in Thursday’s 25-18, 25-16, 25-17 victory at Buena.
“The nice thing is that I’ve got 12 guys who really know how to play volleyball,” said coach Chris Hughes of his deep squad. “Buena is much better than they’ve been in the past, and this was just a good team win for us.”
Robbie Mestas had seven kills in the middle and Joe Lemons tallied three kills with a pair of blocks. Will McCracken had four aces and Evan “Indiana” Hamilton had three kills and as many digs.
The Chargers (10-3, 1-0 Channel League) are now on Spring Break.
