Freshman Michael Yi put together an even-par 72 at River Ridge Golf Course on Monday, leading the way in Dos Pueblos’ 400-441 non-league victory over Oxnard.
DP remains unbeaten on the season at 4-0. The Chargers open up their Channel League season on Tuesday at Ventura.
Nick DeHeras and Simon Daniels broke 80 with 79s and David Medina carded an 84.
“I didn’t think we played horribly, but we didn’t play that well,” said Chargers head coach Rob Schiff.
Yi is the fourth medalist Dos Pueblos has had in as many matches.
