Anthony Pell shot 90 and Garrett Garcia turned in a 94 for Bishop Diego’s boys golf team at Santa Barbara Golf Club Thursday as the Cardinals took fourth in the first Frontier League match of the season. Scott Grimes and Jun Hu each turned in a round of 92.
“This first tournament gave us an indication of where we stand in the league and what we need to improve,” said co-head coach Marty Herrera.
The next league match is Thursday at Soule Park.
