Shannon Slaught, Bishop Diego’s one-woman swim team, swam in the 100 butterfly at Santa Barbara High Tuesday and came in first for the event with a personal-best of over four seconds. She also took third in the 100 breast stroke.
Both finishes earned her automatic CIF bids in the Frontier League, bringing Slaught’s event toal up to four for the postseason.
