Carpinteria quarterback RJ Rosborough will transfer to Santa Barbara High and play football for the Dons next season, according to SBHS head coach Will Gonzales.
At 6-4, 215 pounds, Rosborough is considered by many to be a Division-I caliber recruit. As a sophomore in 2007, he threw for 1,666 yards and rushed for 357, throwing for 15 scores and rushing for seven more. He was hampered by injuries in his junior season, but saw action in nine games and was responsible for 14 touchdowns.Rosborough is the nephew of Santa Barbara High great Randall Cunningham.
