Oregon’s Wilsonville didn’t spread too much holiday cheer at Laguna Blanca on Friday night, routing the Owls 67-27 in the first game of a three-game, winter-break road trip for the Wildcats.
“They were a well-coached team,” said Laguna assistant coach Shantay Legans. “It was fun to watch.”
After disposing the Owls (4-4), Wilsonville moves on to play Villanova and Carpinteria before heading home.
Luther Tarver-Burks led Laguna Blanca in scoring with 15 points.
The Owls wrap up 2008 with a tournament at the end of December.
