Roberto Nelson scored 25 points in his return to the Santa Barbara boys basketball lineup Tuesday, but the Dons (0-4) saw a 14-point halftime lead evaporate and lost to Moorpark 56-54 in the Moorpark Tournament.
“I felt we just lost some intensity,” said coach Chris Hantgin. “I was really impressed with Moorpark and how they made plays when they needed to.”
The Musketeers’ Santino DeJesus scored 16 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter.
