April Nicholson had seven saves in goal, but the Bishop Diego girls soccer team was outmatched in a 4-0 loss at Fillmore on Saturday.
“We lost to a very good team,” said coach Brent Gonsalves.”They moved the ball wee and made sure they snuffed out our attack. I thought we did a decent job considering who we were playing.”
The 1-6 Cardinals are off until January 9th at Dunn.
