A balanced attack from the Santa Barbara High boys basketball team lifted the Dons to their second victory in as many days, this one a 54-45 decision over Eastside High in the Moorpark Tournemtn.
Roberto Nelson scored 17 points while John Uribe had his best game of the season according to assistant coach John Slavin, tallying 11 points. Volleyball transplant Chris Pratt had 10 points with seven rebounds in his second game with the team.
“He was 8-for-10 on Wednesday, and he was 5-for-6 in this game. His shooting percentage is off the charts,” said Slavin.
Santa Barbara improves to 2-4, while Eastside is now 3-5.
