Lauren Stratman and Hayley Edwards were back in the lineup for the Dos Pueblos girls tennis team on Wednesday and it showed. With senior captain Erica Cano, the trio of singles players didn’t drop a set in a 16-2 defeat of Calabasas.
The doubles side turned in two perfect days. Amy Logan-Amy Sagraves and Oriane Matthys-Nicoletta Bradley each went 3-0, with Logan-Sagraves refusing to drop a single game in their three sets.
In one of the few close matches, Matthys-Bradley needed a victory in the tiebreaker to keep the clean sheet.
The Chargers improve to 13-2 overall with the non-league win. DP returns to Channel League play on Thursday against San Marcos.
