The Dos Pueblos girls tennis team played a late-morning match on Saturday, and endured dust in the eyes and throat to prevail over San Luis Obispo 13-5 in a non-league matchup.
The Chargers singles players, senior captain Erica Cano, freshman Lauren Stratman and sophomore Hayley Edwards, led DP to victory, going a combined 7-1 on the day.
The doubles teams of Amy Logan-Amy Sagraves and Melissa Dahl-Anna Slytova each won two sets to secure the win.
The Chargers improve to 11-2 on the season and remain at 4-1 in the Channel League.
