Christopher Braden continued to shine, as the Dos Pueblos cross-country standout finished third out of 131 runners on Saturday at the Lagoon Meet.
His speedy time of 16:46 came despite it being the Chargers’ third race in seven days.
“He really surprised me. It was a spectacular performance,” said coach Leslie Wiggins-Roth.
Kelly Kosmo also had a great day, finishing sixth in the girls race with a mark of 20:32. Wiggins-Roth also highlighted the performance of Emily Foster.
