The San Marcos girls golf team improved on its opening day round, but the Royals still fell to Oxnard 245-292 at River Ridge Golf Course.Alexandria Peretiako scored San Marcos' low round with a 51 while Nicole Francisco took home medalist honors for the Yellowjackets with a 40.The Royals shaved 16 strokes off the previous day's round by having 4-of-5 golfers lower their scores.
