Jeff Hall made a key defensive play in the sixth chukker, and Grants Farm held off Lucchese to win the Lucchese America Cup polo championship on Sunday at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club.Lucchese pulled to within two goals early in the final chukker, but Grants Farm made a series of clutch plays and Hall came up with a key steal and scored a pair of goals to secure the title.Hall led all scorers with eight goals and was named MVP of the tournament.
