Short-handed Cate falls to Thacher in Condor opener

The Cate  girls tennis team lost its opening Condor League match at home  Saturday against Thacher 12-6. The Rams were without the services of two of their top singles players: Marguerite Mannix and Marina Narain).  Mady Snider played at No. 1 singles and cruised through her three sets, losing only one game in her day's effort. Dons blank Cate

Cate's girls tennis team took home a Condor League championship without a hitch on Wednesday, leaving Ojai with a 13-5 victory over Thacher.Madison Snider won her three sets convincingly at  6-0, 6-0, 6-1.
