Rams steamroll into second round

Cate School's boys volleyball team dominated its playoff opener on Tuesday, downing visiting Pilibos 25-16, 25-15, 25-18 in a Division-5 match.Bowen Baker led the team in kills with 12 on 29 attempts. Spencer Whiteman converted six kills on just 10 attempts. The Cate Scool boys volleyball team swept Besant Hill to earn a convincing victory on Wednesday.The set scores were 25-19, 25-16 and 25-20.The Rams were led by a balanced attack.
