Carson Clark has accomplished some great things on the volleyball court since graduating from Santa Barbara High in 2007.The 6-foot-5 opposite hitter won a NCAA title with UC Irvine, was named first-team All-American and earned a gold medal for the U.S. at the Pan American Games.His latest honor, however, might be the most impressive. It hasn’t taken long for Emily Rottman to make an impact in Division 1 women’s volleyball.The former Santa Barbara High star started her collegiate career with a bang for the University of Virginia. Guess who?Santa Barbara High's Briana Lopez scored the game-winner for the Dons girls soccer team on Monday, recording yet another goal in a 1-0 Channel League victory over San Marcos at Peabody Stadium.Lopez has scored all but three goals this season for Santa Barbara, which leads the Channel League with 14 points and a 4-0-2 record.
