Santa Barbara’s Lakey Peterson has made it to the big leagues of professional surfing.Peterson has earned one the coveted 17 spots on the ASP Women’s World Tour for 2012. The World Tour is the elite professional competition for women.Peterson learned of the selection on Wednesday.
