Former Santa Barbara High star Eve Ettinger returned home from USC and won the California Beach Volleyball Association Women’s AA Tournament with partner Betsi Metter at East Beach last weekend.Ettinger plays beach volleyball for the Trojans, while Metter plays for Loyola Marymount. The fifth set has become very familiar territory for the Dons this week.After beating Los Alamitos in five sets on Tuesday, the Santa Barbara High boys volleyball team went to a fifth set again at J.R. Dos Pueblos withstood a late rally in game three and swept Foothill 25-21, 25-21, 28-26 in the first round of CIF's Division 1 playoff on Tuesday."The guys played great," said Chargers head coach Chris Hughes.
