San Marcos split its two matches on the opening day of the Bonita Water Polo Tournament.The Royals opened with an 8-6 victory over Walnut. Hannah Koper and Hannah Johnson carried the offense, combining for seven goals.In its second match, San Marcos lost a tough 7-6 decision to Upland in sudden-death overtime.
