Craig making a return trip to the Olympic Games

Santa Barbara High alum Kami Craig will be playing in her second Olympic Games.Craig was one of 13 athletes selected this week to the U.S. women’s water polo team for this summer’s London Olympics. Jamie Neushul, Kodi Hill, and Kelsey O'Brien have been named to the All-CIF First Team for the Southern Section's top division in girls water polo.Neushul and Hill, a UCLA-bound senior, led Dos Pueblos to a share of the Channel League title with O'Brien's Santa Barbara Dons. The Carpinteria girls water polo team faced a tough matchup with No. 3 Pasadena Poly, and were unable to stop a six-goal run in the fourth quarter and lost 13-3 on Thursday.The Warriors won the Tri-Valley League for the first time in head coach Bryan Swarm's tenure and received a first round bye. On paper, there wasn't much space between the sixth-seeded Santa Barbara High Dons and the seventh-seeded Edison Chargers.
