The San Marcos girls 4x400 meter relay team took seventh place at the CIF Division 3 Finals at Cerritos College.The team consisted of Jill Fisher, Emily Allen, Annie Thwing and Kayling Koopmans. Garden Grove's Jasmine Antunez shut down San Marcos in Thursday's CIF first-round game, as the Argonauts recorded an 11-0 victory to advance in the Division-4 tournament.Stephanie Swann was the only Royal to reach base with a single in the top of the fourth inning. San Marcos won its opening CIF wild-card game on Tuesday, topping Covina 4-2 in an eight-inning contest to start the Division 4 tournament.Kristen Berlo struck out 11 batters while scattering five hits to Covina. San Marcos' Dasha Depew swam the 200 yard freestyle in 1:56.61 at the CIF Division I prelims at Riverside Community College on Thursday.
