Boys tennis CIF draws released for Southern Section

The Southern Section's CIF postseason draws were announced on Monday, with Santa Barbara, San Marcos, Carpinteria and Cate receiving home matches to start the playoffs.Dos Pueblos also reached the postseason as the No. 2 team from the Channel League but the Chargers will be travelling for their first-rounder at Peninsula.San Marcos hosts Redondo Union in Tuesday's wild-card round. The Laguna Blanca boys volleyball team took care of Carpinteria in convincing fashion, winning in three sets on Tuesday.The game scores were 25-10, 25-12 and 25-23.J.T. Providence Hall's girls basketball team reached the Division VI CIF Championship game in 2012.
