Ventura's Gregory Robarge won the Channel League Individual Golf Tournament by shooting a 74 on Tuesday and a 69 on Wednesday at Soule Park in Ojai.Five local golfers placed in the top-eight at the tournament, which qualfies them for CIF as individuals.Santa Barbara's Jonathon Collins finished second after finishing the course in 72 strokes on Wednesday and 74 on Tuesday.
