Santa Barbara’s David Larson biked his way to the Olympic Course title at the Carpinteria Triathlon on Sunday, finishing the 40 kilometer circuit faster than anyone else en route to a winning overall time of two hours, 11 minutes and 40 seconds.

The 12th edition of the Carpinteria Triathlon is set to take place this Sunday in the quaint seaside town.
