The UCSB women’s basketball team has added another highly-touted player to its team for the upcoming 2010 season, the team announced on Thursday.Already with its top two guard prospects signed to National Letters of Intent for the 2010-11 season, the Gauchos added a post player to complement their roster. UCSB gets 15 seed, draws No. 2 Ohio State

UCSB, the Big West Tournament and regular season champions, has been awarded a 15th seed in the NCAA Midwest Regional and will meet Big Ten champion Ohio State in a first round game on Friday in Milwaukee.The Gauchos (20-9) defeated Long Beach State in the Big West Tournament title game on Saturday night to earn its first NCAA Tournament bid since 2002.
