Chargers edged out by Ventura for Channel League Championship
In a dual meet that determined the Channel League Champions, the Dos Pueblos wrestling team was unable to get enough points to beat Ventura.Each team won seven matches, but the Cougars had more pins and took first place in league with a 34-27 win.In the match of the night, freshman Cameron Cox wrestled a student who had dropped weight to 113 pounds, and the Ventura wrestler took an early 3-0 lead.
