Sophomore Milos Golic was selected as a First Team All-American while senior Miles Price earned Honorable Mention All-American accolades the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches announced on Friday. The No. 17 UCSB women's water polo team opened the season with two wins and a loss at the Lancer Invite hosted by Cal Baptist on Saturday. Two UCSB men’s water polo players earned All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation accolades it was announced Tuesday by the conference. Sophomore Milos Golic received First Team All-MPSF honors and senior Miles Price was named to the conference’s third team. Golic, a utility player, led UCSB with his 82 goals scored this season and was the MPSF leader for goals per game with an average of 3.04.
