Samuel Webster and Leo Basica closed out the 2009 Santa Barbara Tennis Open with a relentless men's open final on Saturday, with Basica completing a stunning 2-6, 7-6, 6-4 turnaround at the Santa Barbara Tennis Club to defeat the three-time champ.Basica fought off five match points in the second set to force a tiebreaker and used a late break of serve in the third to take the title.
