ASA Western qualifier at Elings Park, Dos Pueblos
Girls fast-pitch softball teams from all over central California will converge on Elings Park this weekend to compete in the ASA Western Nationals qualifying tournament.Co-hosted by the Goleta Valley Girls Softball Association, the tournament will feature more than 50 teams in age groups 10-under, 12U and 14U. Dos Pueblos last played in a CIF softball title game in 2005.The Chargers are one step away from getting back to the final.
