Disc golf a part of third Wiersma Memorial

Local disc golfers will join traditional golfers Monday, Oct. 4, at Montecito Country Club for the third annual William Wiersma Golf and Disc Tournament, which benefits the William Wiersma Memorial Scholarship Endowment at Westmont.Golfers will tee off at 1 p.m., following a light lunch at noon. Westmont alum to screen his ‘Calvin Marshall’ at Riviera

“Calvin Marshall,” a movie written and directed by Westmont alumnus Gary Lundgren ’93, premieres in Santa Barbara Sunday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the Riviera Theater, 2044 Alameda Padre Serra. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online by clicking here. Proceeds from the screening will support Westmont baseball. Westmont polo wins regional title yet again

For the third straight year, the Westmont Men’s Club Polo Team has won the U.S. Polo Association Western Regionals, and a berth in the USPA national intercollegiate championships in Charlottesville, Va., April 6-11.
