Elite Racing Team, a Santa Barbara-based triathlon team dedicated to the development of top age group and elite athletes, announced today that Lauren Capone won the amateur women's title at the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon in Lawrence, Kansas on Sunday, June 12, earning a slot at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships to be held in Las Vegas on September 11. West Coast’s College Golf Combine in California
The 2011 College Golf Combines will expand its schedule to four regional combines and will increase the opportunities for junior golfers to be evaluated by College Golf Coaches.More than 600 recruits and 150 coaches are expected to participate at the four combines. The South Coast Baseball Classic made its debut during the weekend of the 16th and 17th with eight teams from Goleta Valley South Little League, Dos Pueblos Little League and Santa Barbara PONY League competing on local fields.
