The Cate Scool boys volleyball team swept Besant Hill to earn a convincing victory on Wednesday.The set scores were 25-19, 25-16 and 25-20.The Rams were led by a balanced attack. Bowen Baker had eight kills, while Hershel Jordan finished with seven. The Cate School baseball team beat Thacher 8-0 on Wednesday to pull within one game of the Dunn School, who leads the Condor League.Justin Lucchesi pitched all seven innings for the Rams, earning a complete-game shutout and his sixth win of the year.
