On an epic summer Saturday, East Beach hosted the 2nd California Beach Volleyball Association (CBVA) tournament of the year. On a gray, May Saturday where warmth was at a premium, the Santa Barbara locals set the beach on fire in the California Beach Volleyball Association’s (CBVA) annual Men’s “B” and Women’s “AA” tournament, the first of three tournaments at East Beach this summer.
