Margaux Murphy opened the floodgates for Laguna Blanca on Tuesday, scoring the first goal in a 7-0 rout of Oak Grove.
Murphy scored the first and last goals for the Owls, who took their first lead in the 26th minute. Kelly Bickett and Brooklyn Kinsler also had a pair of goals attached to their names before the final whistle. Freshman Alex Koke added her first high school goal in the second half.
Laguna Blanca (1-2-0) will travel to Cate on Friday.
