The Dos Pueblos boys soccer team got a point on the board early, but was unable to maintain its lead and surrendered three consecutive goals en route to a 3-1 defeat in a non-league competition on Thursday.
Manny Nwosu drove in the only goal of the day for Chargers, scoring off a beautifully-placed pass from JC Ruiz.
A Dos Pueblos player was sent off early in the first half, leaving the Chargers shorthanded for the remainder of the match.
Dos Pueblos improves to 6-1-1 with the win and is set to play Pacifica on the road on Monday.
