Remi Ho’s 44 paced San Marcos in its Channel League opener on Thursday, leading the Royals to a 235-286 victory over Ventura at Sandpiper Golf Course.
“Remi Ho has started off the season very well and is consistently playing well,” noted Royals head coach Sarah Ashton.
MacKenzie McBride and Mallory Sestak contributed matching 46s followed by Lauren Pitchford at 48 and Kellen Peddicord at 51.
San Marcos (5-0, 1-0) faces Santa Ynez next Wednesday.
