The Carpinteria boys volleyball team allowed the first set to slip through its fingers before battling back to a four-game victory over Fillmore at home on Thursday.
Mason Picerni had a game high and season high of 14 kills, Victor Saldana had 10, and Jose Angeles dished out 26 assists. Libero Victor Garcia popped up 15 digs.
The Warriors are 9-2 overall and 7-1 in league.
