In the American sports world, March is known for one thing above all else: the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Otherwise known as March Madness or the Big Dance, the tournament is just around the corner.
Presidio Sports and Santa Barbara Brewing Company will be running a local bracket contest for the third straight year. It’s free to play and there will be a handful of prizes handed out to the top finishers, including gift cards to Brew Co.
Presidio uses Yahoo’s platform to keep things well-managed and ensure that results are updated in real time. Participants in Presidio’s contest can simultaneously opt into Yahoo’s overall contest that gives $50,000 to the most accurate bracket.
While anyone can join the contest as of today, the NCAA bracket won’t be finalized until the night of Sunday, March 15.
