Laguna Blanca played Dunn to a scoreless draw in a Condor League girls soccer opener on Saturday.
“It was a frustrating day for Laguna, as we pelted the Dunn goal but couldn’t find a way through,” coach Kevin Shertzer said. “A lot of credit should go to the Dunn defense and goalkeeper as she made a number of good saves to keep the score sheet clean.”
Maddie Bonser and Bryn Jewett led the Laguna Blanca defense.
